How do I Book?

  • For Instant booking confirmation secure your transfer today with a 25% deposit. Select your desired date in the calendar to the right. Confirm availability online and book. Or alternatively call us on: 1800 697 278 to secure your transfer.
  • Once a booking request has been made you will receive a confirmation of your date, time and transfer itinerary.
  • One of our Event Extraordinaire's will be in touch 14-days prior to your celebration to finalise your guest numbers, event details and arrange for balance payment.
Do you require a bond and what does it cover?

The security bond of $250 is non-returnable in the event you or a representative acting on your behalf cancels the booking. The security bond is returnable to you within 7 days following the date of event pending no damage is incurred to the vehicle (e.g. broken window, ripped upholstery etc. and / or additional cleaning charges (vomit/urine/chewing gum/broken glass). This excludes general wear and tear.

What is the latest return time available?

Online pricing is based on a pick-up time no later than 2:00am. Pick-ups between 2:00am and 3:00am will incur a time surcharge of $125. This will be invoiced to you separately on receipt of your booking request.

My Event Date doesn't appear to be available?

Don't despair, get in touch with our Events Team on enquiries@ozpartyevents.com or (02) 9517 1777. We may be able to work your itinerary in around existing bookings or alternatively provide a similar vehicle for your transport experience.

Can you accommodate multiple pick-ups and drop-offs?

No problem! If you have an itinerary in mind or would like us to create a customised package for you simply get in touch via our web form on the previous page or email enquiries@ozpartyevents.com.

How many guests can I have on-board?

Max: 65 guests consisting of 37 seated, 28 standing. 

Do you allow alcohol on board?


YES - on request. All on-board guests MUST be aged 18+. 

What alcohol can we bring on-board?

A maximum of 2-3 drinks (equiv.) per guest is permitted on-board, during the outbound journey ONLY. Bottled wine, canned beer, cider and RTDs ARE permitted on-board.  NO hard liquor, bottled beer or soft drinks with broken seals are permitted on-board.

Do you allow food on board?

Food is NOT permitted on-board. Sweets may be brought on-board for children's events on request.

Will you provide ice and plastic cups on-board?

No - however an esky will be provided on-board for drinks storage.

Is there storage on-board?

No, belongings are left entirely at the owners risk.

Is there a toilet on-board?

No - however a toilet stop will be programmed for long journeys.

Can I decrease or increase my vehicle size if the passenger numbers increase/decrease?


We will always endeavour to accommodate a change in vehicle request, however changes are subject to vehicle availability and cannot be guaranteed. Changes may incur a fee.
