How do I Book?

We will check vehicle availability and confirm your booking within 24hrs - nice and easy!

* Online pricing is based on transfers within 50km of Sydney CBD. For locations outside of this please enquire.

Do you require a bond and what does it cover? The hirer must provide a valid credit card to be securely held against the booking as security against damages/excess cleaning. Charges will only be applied in the event of a claim.

My Event Date doesn't appear to be available? Don't despair, get in touch with our Events Team on enquiries@ozpartyevents.com or 1800 697 278. We may be able to work your itinerary in around existing bookings or alternatively provide a similar vehicle for your transport experience.

Can I decrease or increase my vehicle size if the passenger numbers increase/decrease? We will always endeavour to accommodate a change in vehicle request, however changes are subject to vehicle availability and cannot be guaranteed. Changes may incur a fee.

Can you accommodate multiple pick-ups and drop-offs? No problem! If you have an itinerary in mind or would like us to create a customised package for you simply get in touch via our web form on the previous page or email enquiries@ozpartyevents.com. Please note however your vehicle itinerary will be fixed prior to your event and additional pick-ups/drop-offs cannot be accommodated on the night.

How many guests can I have on board? Capacity varies dependent on vehicle selected, with up to a maximum of 17 guests.

Do you allow alcohol on board? Yes - on request. All on-board guests MUST be aged 18 + if consuming alcohol on-board.

What alcohol can we bring on-board? A maximum of 2-3 drinks (equiv.) per guest is permitted on-board, during the outbound journey ONLY. Bottled wine, canned beer, cider and RTDs ARE permitted on-board.  NO hard liquor, bottled beer or soft drinks with broken seals are permitted on-board.

Do you allow food on board? - No - sorry.

Will you provide glasses on board? - Yes - Glasses will be provided.

Is there storage on board? - No, belongings are left entirely at the owners risk.

Is there a toilet on board? - No - however a toilet stop will be programmed for long journeys.

Is there a cleaning charge? We want you to have an extraordinary experience however please treat the vehicles with respect. In the event there is significant drinks spillage, vomit or additional excess cleaning required a cleaning charge may be applied.
